Notice: Please expect a possible delay in shipping for orders made at this time.



1. Your order will be processed within 3 to 5 working days upon payment. Orders are shipped on business days only. *Business days exclude public holidays and weekends.

2. Delivery within Peninsular Malaysia will take up to within 3 to 7 business days*. Whereas, for East Malaysia delivery will take up to within 7 to 14 business days** to reach you, once your parcel is shipped out from our warehouse.

*Please note that there will be a slight 2 to 3 days delay in processing your order during festive seasons.

**Due to the ongoing global impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping to East Malaysia may be delayed.

3. Shipping charges will be auto-calculated based on the total actual weight or the total dimensional weight, whichever is higher.

4. Kindly be informed we would not be able to entertain requests for the delivery to be made at a specific date or time as the courier service providers we engaged do not provide such services.

5. Request for separate/partial delivery shall not be entertained.

6. As we strive to bring your goods to you as quickly as possible, it may not be always possible for us to cancel/change your order after it has been confirmed.

7. Kindly note should the order/parcel not been accepted or claimed by the customer/consignee or is undeliverable due to error or omission on the part of the customer/consignee or owner or for which no disposition instructions have been provided to Supermoms (shipper) within the 30 days of its arrival, the order/parcel shall be considered unclaimed/abandoned. Supermoms has the right and shall abandon the order/parcel and no substitute/refund/re-delivery request shall be entertained. Customer will have to re-submit a fresh new order. Re-delivery request shall NOT be entertained.



1. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

2. To track your parcel, simply click on the link in the email and you’ll be directed to the courier website. If you can’t locate the tracking email, please make sure you’ve checked your spam and junk folder.

Return Policy


Return Policy


1. Return based on “change of mind” is not accepted by any means.

2. We will accept returns from customers for purchases sent back and received by us within 7 days of receipt of the shipment ONLY on these following conditions:

  • The customer provides a video of the parcel opening / unboxing upon receiving the parcel; and
  • Incorrect or defective item(s) delivered; and
  • The items returned to us is in its original condition.

3. We will extend a full refund for the price of any item that fulfils the above requirements. We regret that the shipping cost for your purchase will only be refunded if the return had been due to an oversight on our part.

4. Before returning any items, please notify us at our email at to discuss your reason for a return and organize an approval to return an item to us. Please contact us within 2 business days from the date of receipt of the item. Return items are exchangeable but not refundable.

5. If the exchange item value is less than the Return item value, there will be no refund for the difference and if the Exchange item value is higher than the Return item value, the customer will need to pay the difference. Supermoms will not offer an exchange for items that are returned damaged to us or never arrived.
