We only deliver to Malaysia and Singapore for purchases via this website. Please contact our admin at 0142315567 for International Shipment. We deliver worldwide.
I need my purchase urgently. Can I get them earlier?
As far as we would like to help you, it is unfortunately not possible.
- Our fulfilment time for items labelled as "Available" is around 7 working days, barring unforeseen circumstances
- Even when you choose self-collection, fulfilment time will still be around 3-7 working days, barring unforeseen circumstances
- Expedited shipping (at additional cost) is not available
- Please note that we do not stock unpaid items in our office
- If you need itemss for important events, we suggest you purchase them at least 10-12 working days before the required date or drop us an email at supermomsasia@gmail.com to discuss further.
Important Note
Although fulfilment time for "Available" items is usually within 7 working days:
- We cannot guarantee that we can fulfil within the most optimistic estimate of 7 working days
- To be on the safe side, you would need to assume fulfilment time of 10 working days (barring unforeseen circumstances)
Can I amend my order upon checking out?
All orders are deemed confirmed and final upon checkout.
So it’s always best to ensure that everything is checked and correct prior to placing your order.

Alternatively, if you already know the item’s reference number, simply key it into the search bar.

Can I request a specific delivery time?
As deliveries are handled by a third party courier company, we are unable to provide specific delivery timing.
What is your delivery/fulfilment time?
Fulfilment time depends on current stock status
Please take note that while the estimates below are largely accurate, there are cases where actual delivery takes longer than these estimates.

Usually fulfilled within 7-10 working days
Restocking
Usually fulfilled in 3-5 weeks but some restocking titles can take longer than 5 weeks
Special Order
Usually fulfilled in 4-6 weeks but some Special Order titles can take longer than 6 weeks
Pre-Order
Usually fulfilled within 10 working days from publication date. Take note that publisher may change publication date of a pre-order title without prior notice
Working days are Mondays to Fridays excluding Public Holidays.
